The Park Manager Position at Peterborough Musicfest is now open for applications. This exciting summer leadership role oversees onsite operations at Del Crary Park during our concert season.

You’ll oversee:
🎪 Onsite Operations – From load-in to strike, ensuring every detail is executed professionally and safely.
📦 Equipment & Logistics – Coordinating rentals, deliveries, storage, trailers, fencing, and show-day infrastructure.
👥 Team Leadership – Support Hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating the Setup & Teardown Crew.
📋 Show-Day Execution – Creating daily production schedules, troubleshooting in real time, and ensuring the stage is ready for soundcheck.
🌦 Weather & Safety Protocols – Monitoring conditions, leading emergency responses when required, and prioritizing public and artist safety.
📊 Budget & Administration – Tracking production expenses, reconciling petty cash, managing payroll summaries, and maintaining accurate reporting.
The Park Manager works closely with the Senior Events Manager, Executive Director, City staff, volunteers, security, first aid teams, and touring production crews to ensure every show runs smoothly.
