Get ready to rock! Canadian punk legends Gob are hitting the Fred Anderson Stage at Peterborough Musicfest for the very first time. Known for high-energy hits like “I Hear You Calling” and “That’s The Way,” Gob’s infectious punk sound helped define Canadian rock in the late ’90s and early 2000s.
Formed in 1993, Gob gained fame with albums like Too Late… No Friends and the Gold-certified The World According to Gob, earning a JUNO nomination and inspiring a new generation of rock fans. Their powerful blend of catchy punk hooks and raw energy has stood the test of time.
Frontman Tom Thacker is also a member of multi-platinum rock group Sum 41, showcasing his wide musical influence.
